Shipping Policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY :: Your entire order ships for just $4.99 (no minimun)

FAST SHIPPING FAST DELIVERY : We sell and ship our products to the 50 US States only!  All times are Eastern Standard Time. Overseas orders can be arranged through your shipping company or your Import / Exporter. Each order is shipped via UPS or USPS, we choose except if you pay for UPS -3 Day Select, -2nd Day Air or -Overnight. Daily shipments, orders leave our warehouse at 4 pm Monday through Friday. Orders received before 2 pm will ship same day if your product is in stock.

Pest Supply Center reserves the right to choose the carrier on all orders.  We will select either UPS or USPS, both provide you with tracking numbers. Make sure your phone number and e-mail address are correct so we can get in touch with you if need be.UPS does not ship usually run on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. USPS runs everyday but Sunday.UPS can not ship to PO Boxes! If you designate an address with a PO Box we will ship via USPS or we'll give you a call for a physical street address.

UPS ships aerosol product by ground only! USPS ships to PO Boxes.

Some products can not be shipped to every U.S. state, please note the list of non-shipment states at the bottom of each product page. Should you purchase a product not allowed in your state we will contact you to choose an alternate item or to process a credit card refund.

East Coast & Midwest Orders will arrive in 1 to 3 business days due to our location in Georgia. UPS does not count Saturday and Sunday as business days.

Delivery Times All US orders will be delivered within 5 business days from the day your order leaves our warehouse. (Except a few very, very remote areas). If you order 2nd day Air before 2 pm on a Friday and your order leaves our shop on Friday your delivery should arrive the next Tuesday. Next Day Air ordered before 2 pm on a Friday should arrive the next Monday, after 2 pm this order will arrive Tuesday. Keep in mind UPS does not normally ship on weekends.
