If you need help finding a specific product here's what you do.
If you are looking for something to kill ants look at our list of pest in the left side column in the store section of our site. Find Ants and click on it. You will find all the products we sell that are labeled to kill ants. This works with all the pests. Got termites? Look under TERMITES and see what we recommend.
If you are looking for a specific product such as Termidor SC look in the left column right near the top until you see PRODUCTS BY TYPE, click and the menu will drop down revealing a list of types of products like Aerosols, Baits and bait stations, Dust etc.. Find Liquid Insecticides and click it because Termidor is a Liquid Insecticide. You will find Termidor SC listed there. This works with all types of products. Give it a try.
If you need help with 'check out' here's what you do.

1. Choose your products and the quantity you want and add them to your cart by clicking the "ADD TO CART" button.
2. Over on the side click the "VIEW CART" button. This will take you to your cart where you may review your order to make sure you have placed the items in your cart that you wish to purchase or take items out. When you have decided if all your products and total of products is as you want them click the "CHECK OUT" button.
3. Fill in all information and click to send your order.

Returns Policy:
Returning items to You Knox'em Out, Inc. dba Pest Supplies Online .com is easy. Please initiate your return within 30 days after the item was shipped.
To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation, etc. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We can not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition - we will return such items to you. If you reject that return shipment, Pest Supplies Online reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer. PestSuppliesOnline.com will provide a full refund to you for returned items, less the shipping charges incurred to ship your order, plus a 10% restocking or handling fee.
How to Return an Item:
1. Call us at 1-877-245-5995 or email contact@pestproductsonline.com to notify us that you would like to return a product. Please state the reason for the return and your order number. Most items that have not been opened can be returned. Exceptions will be made if the item is defective in some way.
2. We will give you information on how and where to return the product.
3. You will have to pay for the return shipping costs. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier.
4. PestSuppliesOnline.com will provide a full refund to you for returned items, less the shipping charges incurred to ship your order, plus a 10% restocking or handling fee.
5. Most refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your return.
6. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your refund is processed.
