Maxforce Roach Bait Gel has USDA authorization for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants. What's more, you can use this in residential food processing areas without covering food preparation surfaces during treatment. It's also fine to use in occupied rooms of hospitals, nursing homes and extended care facilities. 

Maxforce Gel will kill all species of roaches
The unique action of Fipronil (the active ingredient in Maxforce Gel) makes it ideal for killing all species of cockroaches. After consuming a lethal dose of bait, cockroaches return to their harborage where they excrete feces. As other cockroaches consume the contaminated feces, they too receive a lethal dose. When the roaches die, other roaches may consume their carcasses and die as well.

Tests have documented that Maxforce roach bait can result in one cockroach causing the death of up to 44 other cockroaches.
